Brownell: Disappointed in ex-Tigers’ part in corruption case

CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) - Clemson coach Brad Brownell says he is disappointed in former Tiger Jaron Blossomgame, who's name appeared in documents during an ongoing college basketball corruption trial.

Blossomgame allegedly received $350 from aspiring agent Christian Dawkins, a defendant on trial in New York for his role in the corruption scandal.

Brownell said Wednesday that has he talked with Blossomgame, a former all-Atlantic Coast Conference forward, to let him know how he felt about the situation.

Brownell says he and his staff did not know Blossomgame had received any money. The Clemson coach also says he does not know Dawkins.
