CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A Charleston man is facing six charges of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor, according to Attorney General Alan Wilson.
James Dantzler Romero, 62, was arrested last Thursday. The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force worked with the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office to make the arrest.
Investigators say Romero distributed child pornography.
Each count is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office.
