CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Officials with the state Department of Probation Parole say that four out of seven most wanted parole violators are behind bars following a Live 5 News broadcast.

Authorities said Deangelo Brown surrendered to agents at 3 p.m. on Tuesday after he was featured last week as a most wanted offender.

Matthew Corbin was taken into custody in Richand County last Thursday and transported to Charleston County Detention Center for prosecution. He received a $200,000 dollar surety bond and is currently in the custody of the detention center awaiting his first court appearance.

Jeffrey Tyson was taken into custody on April 8 and posted $50,000 surety bond the same day.

Deshawn Gathers is currently in the custody of the Charleston County Detention Center and is awaiting disposition of his pending charges and Violation of Probation. He received a $400,000 surety bond on his Violation of Probation

Henry Owens, James Hatchell and Gwendolyn Simmons are still being sought.

“Multiple tips have come in regarding their whereabouts and we hope to have them in custody very soon,” Department of Probation and Parole officials said."Should either of these three individuals wish to surrender to our department, I urge them to contact me directly at 843-998-4079 to arrange a safe surrender. A reward of up to $1,000.00 is being offered for information leading to their arrest. "
