Nice Thursday, Then Storms Friday

FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY FRIDAY

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - High pressure continues to control our weather as we head into midweek. Look for lots of sunshine with highs in the lower 80′s Thursday. On Friday a strong cold front will move east with upper level energy bringing us some showers and thunderstorms. Some of the storms could be severe so we have issued a FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY for Friday. We will continue to monitor the progress of this storm and keep you posted. Saturday will be partly cloudy with a slight chance of a shower as the area of low pressure pulls away. Easter looks fantastic with sunshine and highs in the upper 70′s.

THURSDAY: Partly Cloudy, HIGH: 82

FRIDAY: Showers & Thunderstorms with windy conditions, HIGH: 78

SATURDAY: Morning Clouds, slight early chance, HIGH: 68

EASTER SUNDAY: Lots of Sunshine, HIGH: 78

MONDAY: Sunny, 82
