ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Russell Westbrook had 57 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder past the Orlando Magic 114-106 in overtime Wednesday night. Westbrook's 57 was the most points scored in a triple-double in NBA history. Evan Fournier finished with 24 points and Terrence Ross added 23 for the Magic.
HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (AP) - NASCAR rookie Daniel Suarez has a new crew chief. Joe Gibbs Racing says crew chief Dave Rogers is out indefinitely on personal leave. Scott Graves will now call the shots for the No. 19 Toyota in the Cup series. Suarez won the second-tier Xfinity Series championship last season.
