ISLE OF PALMS, SC (WCSC) - Stores across the Lowcountry are trying to keep their shelves stocked with the essentials to surviving a tropical storm or hurricane, but it's important that you not wait to the last minute to stock up on important items.
It's always best to have handy during a storm:
Flashlights, and batteries
Battery powered radio, or battery powered weather radio
Bottled water, and non-perishable food items, such as canned foods
Canned pet food for your pets.
