The Nason Difference

Nason Medical Centers are changing the way medicine is practiced. We’re in business to provide patients with timely, effective, affordable care.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Barron Nason was working on a typically frantic night in a large hospital emergency room. As he worked, he experienced an epiphany that turned into his vision of what you experience today. He became convinced that hospital emergency rooms are not designed and managed to serve patients in the ways they wish to be served.

When the first Nason Medical Center opened its doors in Mount Pleasant, SC on January 24, 2005, it also opened the doors to prompt, compassionate, specialized care for accidents, injuries and sudden illness. And it set a higher, more efficient standard for ambulatory medical care. Today, five centers strong, our ongoing goal is to raise the bar for innovative, personalized urgent care. More>>
