CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office have issued an arrest warrant for a man after officials busted a meth lab in the Sangaree subdivision on Friday evening.
Police say 30-year-old Brian Bradsher Terry, who owned the house at 819 Beauregaurd St., was making methamphetamine out of his home.
Dan Moon, public information officer for Berkeley County Sheriff's Office, said that "a very large amount of chemical components used to manufacture" methamphetamine was found at the home.
The Berkeley County Drug Enforcement Team had been planning the bust for about seven weeks, and when they moved in, Terry fled the scene.
Police also say a woman and a 6-year-old child were found in the home, but they don't believe the woman was involved.
Terry, who has not been caught yet, will be charged with manufacturing meth and exposing it to a child.
