Charleston Co. Sheriff's Office Looking For Hit-and-run Suspect

The Charleston Co. Sheriff's Office is looking for a suspect in a hit-and-run accident involving a 3-year-old in Hollywood.

It happened around 2pm, Friday afternoon at 6183 Hwy. 162.

The 3-year-old child has been flown to the hospital, suffering from life threatening injuries.

The Sheriff's Office is looking for a red pickup truck with a partial tag number 2594.

Portions of Hwy. 162 were shut down immediately after that accident.
