A second child thrown from a car after an accident on I-26 Thursday has died.

According to the Charleston County Coroner's Office, Juan Garcia-Carbajal, 18-months, died from head trauma early this morning.

His three year old sister died shortly after being rushed to the hospital.

That accident happened near the Ashley Phosphate exit on I-26 Thursday afternoon around 2pm.

The driver was also taken to the hospital.

No word on that person's condition.
