Good Samaritan Gives Back $140,000

Live 5 News

What do you do if you find 140-thousand dollars on the street?

A California man says he didn't have to think too hard about that age-old question when it happened to him: he turned in the unmarked cash.

Eli Estrada found the bag of money on a street last month in Cerritos.

A Brinks armored truck had picked up the money at a Bank of America.

Passers-by said it looked as though a guard left the bag on the truck's bumper.

Brinks rewarded Estrada by giving him $2,000 for turning in the money.
