CHARLESTON, SC - COULMBIA, SC (WCSC) - A Charleston man was indicted on federal child pornography charges after investigators found pornographic material on his home computer and other computer equipment.
Randall Robertson, 54, of Charleston was charged with two counts of child pornography. The first count alleges Robertson knowingly possessed a computer and disks that contained pornographic images of minors. The second charge alleges he also received child pornography that had been shipped through the mail system.
Robertson faces a fine of $250,000 and a 20-year prison term if convicted.
He will be arraigned later this month. The FBI investigated the case.
