ANDERSON, S.C. (AP) - A third man wanted in the shooting death of a South Carolina teen has surrendered to police.
Multiple media outlets reported 22-year-old Edwin Joseph Oliver of Anderson turned himself in to police Tuesday.
Sixteen-year-old Jerry Mattison of Anderson was killed when someone fired a gun into a crowd at an apartment complex in 2008.
Anderson police spokesman Randall Williams says an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers led to the charges against the three men.
Twenty-7-year-old Demond Johnson and 21-year-old Travis Patterson were arrested earlier this month.
Oliver's lawyer, Tom Dunaway, says Oliver is innocent of all charges.
