North Charleston Police searching for armed robbery suspect

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - North Charleston Police are trying to track down a man who held up a gas station early Wednesday Morning.

Detectives say the man walked into the Fuel Express at the intersection of Rivers Avenue and Aviation just before 4 a.m.

The clerk told police the man walked into the store with a sawed-off shotgun demanding money.

Right now detectives are using surveillance video to try to track down the suspect, who they say took off towards aviation avenue.
