FAIRMONT, W.Va. (AP) - A Huttonsville man is set to go on trial a third time in July on charges of killing a South Carolina man in 2007.
Marion County Circuit Judge David R. Janes on Wednesday set aside the weeks of July 12 and July 19 for the second retrial of 26-year-old Lincoln Stuart Taylor.
Taylor is charged with first-degree murder in the Memorial Day 2007 shooting of 22-year-old Derrick Osborne of Columbia, S.C. Taylor's first two trials were declared mistrials.
Three co-defendants have been convicted for their roles in the slaying.
