SC firefighters battle 2nd blaze at apartments

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - Firefighters are battling a fire at a South Carolina apartment complex for a second day.

Multiple media outlets reported firefighters were called to an apartment complex northeast of Columbia shortly before 5 a.m. Thursday.

Firefighters had put out a blaze at the same complex about the same time Wednesday morning.

No injuries have been reported.

Interim Columbia Fire Chief Aubrey Jenkins says investigators are trying to determine what caused the fire. Jenkins does say he doesn't think the fire rekindled from yesterday's blaze.

About 30 firefighters were called to the fire.
