Multiple media outlets reported 29-year-old Jason Tremaine Lemmon Sr. of West Columbia has been charged with two counts of assault and battery with intent to kill and possessing a weapon during a violent crime.
Lexington County Sheriff James Metts says Lemmon is accused of trying to strangle a 9-year-old boy. Metts says Lemmon also is accused of stabbing an 11-year-old boy in the chest.
