N. Charleston police look for suspect in another bank robbery

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Police are looking for a man who robbed the First Citizens Bank in North Charleston on Monday afternoon.

North Charleston police say a black male walked into the bank at 3356 Rivers Ave. around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday and presented a note to the teller demanding money. The teller complied with the demand and the suspect fled the business.

Witnesses observed the suspect flee behind the Department of Social Services building. The suspect did not present a weapon during the robbery.

This is the sixth confirmed bank robbery since June 7.
