MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (AP) - Transportation planners along South Carolina's northern coast are taking public comment on a draft transportation plan for the next 25 years.
A group known as the Grand Strand Area Transportation Study has set meetings on the plan on Wednesday in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.
The draft plan updates a transportation plan last revised five years ago. There will be other meetings along the state's north coast on Thursday and Friday.
The Grand Strand is the 60 miles of coast stretching from Georgetown to the North Carolina state line.
