CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Charleston police arrested a man on three counts of attempted murder Monday in connection with an incident June 13.
Troy Green, 18, was charged with three counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime. The charged are linked to a drive-by shooting
According to police, Green received a phone call on June 13 alerting him that the intended victim was at Bridgeview Apartments. Police say both Green and another suspect, Edwin Littman, got guns and drove in a burgundy truck to the location.
The three victims in the shooting were driving a silver vehicle near the entrance to the Bridgeview Apartment Complex when the burgundy pickup truck pulled up next to them and fired over 30 rounds into their vehicle.
The silver vehicle was struck several times and each victim was shot. None of the wounds were life threatening.
Green is being held in the Charleston County Detention Center. Police are still looking for the second suspect, Edwin Littman.
