ORANGEBURG, SC (WCSC) - The South Carolina highway patrol is trying to locate a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run collision that killed a pedestrian Friday.
Authorities say a vehicle struck and killed a pedestrian and then fled the scene around 3 a.m. Friday on Planters Trace Road in Orangeburg County.
A vehicle of interest has been identified as a 1998 to 2003 Ford Crown Victoria, Lincoln Town Car or Mercury Grand Marquis.
According to The South Carolina highway patrol, the vehicle will have damage to the front end.
