ESTILL, SC (WCSC) - The Hampton County sheriff's office says two of the four men charged in the robbery and murder of a store owner in Estill three years ago were found not guilty of murder Wednesday.
Ronnie Wooten, was killed at his store, the Lena Quick Stop on Browning Gate Road in 2007.
Derrick Adkins and Shawn Davis were cleared in Wooten's death, but found guilty of armed robbery. Both have been sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Joseph Davis and Marquis Bryant still face charges.
Davis is accused of murder and armed robbery. He has also been charged with murder in the case of another man.
Bryant is facing charges for accessory before the fact to felony.
The incident happened on June 23, 2007.
