CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC)- Charleston police arrested a North Charleston man Wednesday and charged him with obstructing justice in connection to a deadly shooting in downtown Charleston.
Darnell Herman Bennet Seagers, 20, was arrested and charged after police say he intentionally provided investigators with false information.
Seagers is being housed in the Charleston County Detention Center.
Police say they received a call around 6:30 a.m. Saturday after someone heard a gunshot. Authorities say when they arrived, they found 20-year-old Travis Anderson shot to death.
