COLUMBIA, SC (WCSC) - A Landrum couple was charged in federal court Wednesday on three Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 drug violations, the US Attorney's Office announced.
John Samuel Duncan, 74, and Sue Duncan, 69, were charged with conspiracy to possess and distribute Oxycodone, Methadone, Morphine and Hydrocodone, said US Attorney Bill Nettles.
For the Schedule 2 drug charges, two duo could face fines up to $250,000 and 20 years in prison if they are convicted. For the Schedule 3 drug charges, the Duncans could face a similar fine and 10 years in prison.
Sue Duncan was also charged with misprision of a felony. If she is convicted on that charge, she could face fines up to $250,000 and an additional three years in prison, Nettles said.
