Three suspects arrested in SC haunted trail holdup

ROCK HILL, S.C. (AP) - Three Rock Hill teens have been arrested in a shooting and robbery at a Halloween haunted trail in York County earlier this month.

The Herald of Rock Hill reported the teens face a variety of charges, including attempted murder, conspiracy, armed robbery, accessory and weapons violations. York County Sheriff's Lt. Mike Baker says officers are looking for a fourth teen.

Police say robbers took about $1,500 from the "Trail of Terror" on Oct. 16 in a holdup that involved a shooting between the robbers and at least one employee of the trail.

The ticket collector, 56-year-old James Rockholt, was shot in the shoulder.

More than 20 people were in line at the time of the holdup and scattered when the holdup occurred.

The trail reopened last weekend.
