CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Rain is on the way for Thursday across the Lowcountry.
The chance for wet weather will increase after noon and will last through much of the day. The chance for rain is 80-90 percent.
Highs will only reach the mid to upper 60's Thursday and overnight, showers will end and temperatures will fall into the 40's. That sets the stage for sunny and cooler temperatures on Friday with a high around 61.
Sunny skies are expected this weekend, but low temperatures could dip below 40 degrees and a frost may be on the way. Saturday's high should be around 60 degrees.
