1 cup whole wheat flower
1 cup all purpose flower
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
4 oz un sweet apple sauce
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups or 3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Lightly spoon flower into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir.
Place sugar and apple sauce in a large bowl, and beat with a mixer for ~ 1 min.
Add eggs 1 at a time.
Add banana, yogurt and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Add flower mixture, and blend until mixture is smooth.
Spoon batter in to a 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 pan coated with cooking spray.
