1 1/2 cup chopped cooked Broccoli.
1 1/2 cup cooked wild rice
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup part skim cheese
4 tablespoons light smart balance butter
4 cloves of fresh garlic
Saute the celery and onion in a pan with garlic and 1 tablespoon butter.
Stir the cooked rice, broccoli, the celery and onion mix, and cheese in a large bowl.
Pour in to a baking pan.
