INGREDIENTS

1 Red Pear quartered & sliced

6 oz Light Brown Sugar

1 lb Sliced Julienned Turkey

1 lb Spring Lettuce Mix

1 c Dried Cranberries

1 c Toasted Almond slivers

12 oz Lt Raspberry Vinaigrette

DIRECTIONS

Heat skillet over medium heat. Add sugar. When it has melted, add pears and brown on both sides. Remove from heat and let cool. On plate arrange turkey on top of lettuce. Add nuts and cranberries and pears. Dress the salad and serve.

Optional topping of Gorgonzola or Stilton

Serve with toasted Baguette slices.
