6 10" Flour Tortillas
1-8oz Diced Turkey - warmed
1-8 oz Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
1 bunch Cilantro – chopped
Sprinkle 6 oz cheese, 6 oz turkey and pinch of cilantro over half of the tortilla. Fold over. Heat skillet prepared with non-stick spray. Place folded tortilla in skillet and brown approx 90 seconds then flip it and brown the other side.
Remove from heat cut and serve immediately.
Sides of low fat sour cream, salsa, avocado are just yummy with this.
