North Charleston plans to help locked-out drivers

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - Motorists locked out of their cars in North Charleston are about to get a new option for getting their keys.

Mayor Keith Summey, Chief Jon Zumalt and Deputy Chief David Cheatle unveil a program on Thursday that the city is calling Free Entry.

A city spokesman said he couldn't reveal details about the program before the unveiling at a news conference at North Charleston City Hall.
