$250,000 lottery ticket sold at James Island convenience store

COLUMBIA, SC – Someone who purchased a Mega Millions ticket from a James Island lottery retailer has won $250,000.

The South Carolina Education Lottery says the winning ticket was purchased from Li'l Cricket #873 located at 1029 Harbor View Road on James Island. The winner has not yet come forward to claim their prize.

The winning ticket was for last Friday and matched all five white ball numbers drawn, missing the jackpot by one number. Had the player purchased the Megaplier option for an extra dollar, the Match 5 prize would have been $1 million.

The Mega Millions numbers for Friday, Nov. 26 were 5, 9, 34, 43 and 47. The Megaball was 8 and the Megaplier was 2.
