According to Charleston police, a 26-year-old man suffered a grazed wound on his right arm when he was shot around 9:20 p.m. Thursday near 1877 Hazelwood Dr.
The victim told police he was standing outside drinking a beer with two friends when they heard shots. Then, he felt a pain in his arm and noticed the gunshot wounds, the report stated.
