NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Snow was falling Wednesday morning in North Charleston, but it wasn't falling from the sky.
While winter doesn't officially start until Dec. 21, one man in North Charleston created a homemade snow storm for his family. There was about 2 to 3 inches on the ground in front of Carl Miller's front yard around 9 p.m. Tuesday.
Miller's yard in the Forest Hills Subdivision still had snow in it around 5 a.m. Wednesday.
Miller has a device that hooks up to a pressure washer and an air-compressor. Couple that with a cold night and you have a winter wonderland.
Miller says he can create 12 inches of snow in eight to 12 hours.
