MT PLEASANT, SC (WCSC) - The Miranda family of Mt. Pleasant has plugged in over 90,000 lights and will bring a ray of hope to those less fortunate during the holidays. The display is synchronized to music.
Donations will be accepted and given to Cross Bridge Family Ministries, which provides support when complex Medical situations arise. They provide families with financial, emotional, and spiritual help including housing, child care, groceries, hot meals, meal tickets for local hospitals, counseling, pastoral care, family support during life threatening procedures,and bereavement services.
The Mirandas will hold a Blessing of the lights Saturday, December 11 from 5-7 p.m. There will be a live worship band, free hot cocoa, cookies and candy canes, and a great light show.
Donations will be accepted on site or you can donate online at www.cross-bridge.org Donations are not required, just come and enjoy the display at 1461 Water Oak Cut in Mt. Pleasant in the Dunes West Palmetto Hall subdivision. The lights shine Sunday through Thursday from 5-9 p.m., and until 10 Friday and Saturday.
