EASLEY, SC (WCSC) - An AMBER Alert was canceled Wednesday afternoon for two Pickens County girls. The Alert was activated around 10:30 a.m.

According to a release from the Pickens County Sheriff's Office, detectives determined that the girls' aunt, Lisa Jordan, had filed a false report related to the burglary, kidnapping and motor vehicle theft.

Warrants have been issued charging Jordan with four felony counts of filing a false report in reference to the two kidnappings, burglary and theft of a motor vehicle. The investigation is continuing to determine if other charges are appropriate.

The AMBER Alert was issued based on Jordan's false report, the release stated.

Detectives have not yet located the girls or their mother, but do not believe them to be in trouble. Investigators believe the children may be with their mother and their grandmother, Belinda Marie Wade.

SLED issued the alert for 12-month-old Kynadi Leigh Grace Manley and 2-year-old Alexis London Marie Manley.  Officials say the girls are with their mother, 20-year-old Keyly Martay Wade.
