Northeast snow storm causes flight cancellations in Charleston

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) – A snow storm in the Northeast is causing flights out of Charleston International Airport to be canceled Sunday.

According to Becky Beamon, spokesperson for Charleston International Airport, 20 flights have been canceled due to the snow storm in the Northeast. Flights to and from New York, Washington D.C., Philadelphia and Boston have been affected by the weather.

Please check with your airline about your flight status before heading out to the airport.
