CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Charleston Police charged a Goose Creek man for the Dec. 20 armed robbery at the ATM at the Bank of America on Bohicket Road. He was also charged by North Charleston police for an Asian restaurant robbery.
Stanley Bernard Frasier Jr., 21, of 120 S. Cranford Road, was charged with two counts of armed robbery. Frasier was also charged in the Luz's Restaurant robbery, North Charleston police said.
He was taken into custody at his Emden Street home in North Charleston without incident, a report stated.
The suspect is currently being held in the Charleston County Detention Center.
The Dec. 20 armed robbery occurred about 11:55 p.m. when a couple went to the ATM machine to make a withdrawal. After making the withdrawal, they were approached by a man who was armed with a sawed off shotgun.
The suspect took their money and told them to drive away.
On Thursday, North Charleston police announced they had made the final arrest in the Luz's Restaurant robbery.
Orlando kaseem Richardson, 20, of of Goose Greek, was arrested and charged with the Dec. 18 robbery.
Richardson was located at a Mabeline Road apartment complex in North Charleston and was found in possession of a firearm. When approached, Richardson fled on foot but was quickly apprehended. Richardson was arrested and charged with armed robbery and possession of a weapon.
Richardson is expected in bond court Thursday.
Investigators said Richardson's arrest concludes the search for suspects involved in the business robbery. A total of six people have now been arrested and charged in the robbery.
Investigators are working to determine if any or all of the suspects may be involved in other robberies in North Charleston.
