COLLETON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - A man wanted on drug and failure to appear charges turned himself in to Colleton County sheriff's deputies Monday night.
According to the sheriff's office, 38-year-old James Ferguson, Jr. turned himself in to authorities through his attorney. Ferguson was wanted for distribution of crack cocaine and two magistrate court bench warrants for failure to appear.
Ferguson had two magistrate court bench warrants for failure to appear on one count of larceny and one count of driving under suspension. He was also wanted for distribution of crack cocaine.
Ferguson has had a past conviction of a firearms violation, according to a sheriff's office release.
