ANDREWS, SC (WCSC) - Three churches in Williamsburg County were burglarized over the weekend.
Cedar Grove Baptist Church, Bethel United Methodist and Bloomingvale Baptist all had conditioning units stolen from the back of their church buildings.
Cedar Grove Baptist Church had five units stolen, totaling $32,500 in losses. Bethel United Methodist had one unit stolen equaling $3,500 in value. Bloomingvale Baptist was missing 2 units, which adds up to $7,000.
According to reports from the Williamsburg County Sheriff's Office, all three crime scenes had several sets of tire tracks and footprints.
Deputies say the burglaries could be related. They also believe four or five people could be involved.
