CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Friday's forecast is a wet one, with rain expected for most of the day.
Morning temperatures have been slow to climb out of the low 40's Friday with all the precipitation and clouds hanging around. Friday's high temperature will struggle to top the upper 40's to near 50 degrees along the coast.
Rain chances are the highest, at 100 percent, for all the inland counties. The rain chance drops to 70 percent for the coastal counties as the rain shield will move toward the Midlands for most of the day.
Another round of coastal showers and rain is expected Friday night and for the first half of Saturday before all the rain moves offshore late Saturday.
Friday night lows won't move much, only falling into the lower 40's. Saturday will be cloudy and cool with a high hovering in the mid to upper 50's.
Hopefully some sunshine is back during the day on Sunday.
