CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) – Rain returns to the Lowcountry Monday as temperatures start in the low 40's.
Most of the rain will move in from over the Atlantic waters and spread inland as the day goes on. With the rain spreading in Monday, the clouds and rain will hold temperatures down into the mid 50's. The rain chance for Monday is 100 percent so keep the umbrella and raincoat handy.
Some of the heaviest rain could come after the evening rush hour lasting through midnight. Lows Monday night will only fall into the mid 40's along the coast and upper 30's well inland.
Rain should end from west to east and sun will return by mid morning Tuesday.
