ATLANTA (CNN) - Were you feeling rested and refreshed when you woke up this morning?
If not, you may be one of millions of Americans who aren't getting enough sleep, according to the CDC.
A new survey from the agency found that 1-in-3 adults are averaging fewer than seven hours of sleep per night. Doctors say most people need at least seven or eight.
Nearly 25 percent of those who admitted not getting enough rest said they have difficulty concentrating during the day.
Researchers said too little sleep can also lead to memory problems and delayed response time when driving.
