Authorities in Atlanta have arrested one of Live 5's Most Wanted fugitives.

Chad Cohen was wanted for a murder which happened in the Chicora-Cherokee community in February.

Cohen was featured on Live 5 Most Wanted on March 17.

The U.S. Marshals arrested 20-year-old Cohen on Thursday after North Charleston Police Department received a tip that he was hiding in Atlanta.

Cohen, along with two other suspects who have already been apprehended, is accused of murdering 32-year-old James Murphy in the Chicora-Cherokee community on February 27.

According to North Charleston police, Murphy was found lying dead with a gunshot to the head on 1902 Iris Street.

"Not sure what the motive was. There was a fight earlier in the day. That seems to be a spillover from that," said Police Sgt. James Hill.

Police have already arrested Cohen's brother and his brother's girlfriend in connection with the murder.

Kelvin Washington, the U.S. Marshal for South Carolina, said, "A lot of hard work and collaboration went into this arrest, as is shown in Mr. Cohen's capture.  The U.S. Marshals and our partnered agencies never give up, so this arrest should be a warning to those out there thinking of running from the law.  If you run, we will follow.  If you hide, we will find you."

Cohen was transported to the Dekalb County Jail where he will await extradition back to South Carolina.

He had been living with his mother on Wadmalaw Island before fleeing the state.
