After a few areas of fog across the region Wednesday morning, sunshine will only have to compete with a few clouds as the first half of the day gets going. High temperatures are expected to reach close to 90.
Temperatures in the morning will be mild, in the upper 60's to near 70. By the lunch hour temperatures will quickly warm into the lower 80's with a mild south breeze. On the coast, temperatures should reach the 88-89-degree range for an afternoon high. Winds will stay brisk out of the south around 15-20 mph. The evening drive home has a few clouds, but not many.
Clouds will return as the evening progresses into the early morning hours on Thursday. Lows overnight will be very mild in the upper 60's. An early shower Thursday can't be ruled out along the coast, but the best rain chance comes later into the day Thursday.
Thursday and Friday still look to have some clouds, showers and thunder possible as a front approaches the region from the northwest. A stronger storm Thursday afternoon along the sea-breeze is possible, but the overall threat for severe weather is low.
There should be a good chance to get some rain in the next three days. Easter weekend is looking pretty good with a few showers or storms popping up by Saturday afternoon. Sunday should be nice with highs back in the mid 80's.
