Woman convicted in constable's murder up for parole

A woman convicted for her part in the murder of a state constable is up for parole soon.

Asia Prioleau is scheduled to appear before a parole board Wednesday. Prioleau has behind bars on a 15 year sentence for being an accessory after the fact to a murder and an accessory to a kidnapping.

She and two others were sentenced in the killing of 67-year-old Constable Robert Bailey.

Bailey was shot and killed after a traffic stop in Linconville in May of 2007. Authorities say Bailey had been buried in a shallow grave off I-26 in Orangeburg County.

Wayne Fayall is serving a life sentence for shooting and killing Bailey.
