Government: Man trades pics with suspect who made kid porn at day care

SENECA, SC (WCSC/AP) -

Authorities say a Seneca man traded photos with an Ohio man who is accused of making child porn at his mother's in-home day care.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Ohio says that Andrew Thomas Tyner traded child porn photos with 27-year-old Andrew F. Keith of Mason, Ohio.

Keith pleaded guilty Monday to one count each of transportation and possession of child pornography. The government says Keith took 15 photos of himself sexually assaulting a boy and swapped them with Tyner.

An AP report states that it's unclear whether the children were clients of the day care in West Chester Township, just north of Cincinnati.

Fred Alverson with the U.S. Attorney's Office in Ohio says that Tyner was prosecuted in South Carolina for manufacturing child pornography and sentenced to 15 years.
