The National Labor Relations Board has issued a complaint against a New York non-profit saying it was wrong to fire five employees who talked about their work on Facebook.
According to NLRB the case involves an employee who posted a co-worker's allegation that the worker's weren't doing enough to help the clients. Fellow employees posted responses and the five involved were fired.
The NLRB is siding with the facebookers saying they were having a conversation about conditions of employment.
A hearing is set for June.
