Police: No new information on missing woman following Navy base search

The North Charleston Police Department says that a missing person investigation at the Old Navy base has ended with no new leads.

State archaeologists were digging in an area at the Old Navy Base looking for new clues in the six-year old disappearance case of Brandy Hanna.

Hanna was last seen in 2005 after leaving work at Alex's Restaurant on Dorchester Road.

On Monday , a team of archaeologists led by USC professor John Leader started a three-day dig searching for clues in an area near the Cooper River.
