SALISBURY, NC (WBTV) - A Charleston man earned a trip to the jail via patrol car after taking a pants-less rest on a couch at the Salvation Army Thrift Store on Thursday.
Police say Randall Johnson, of Charleston, was at the store on S. Main Street in Salisbury, NC, sitting on a couch with his pants around his ankles. That is when the police report states that the man began to pleasure himself.
Johnson attempted to leave when police arrived, but they were able to stop him and question him.
When officers asked Johnson if he knew why they approached him, he stated "Yeah, I was masturbating at the Salvation Army," according to the police report.
Johnson was charged with indecent exposure, arrested and released from jail on $1,000 bond. He is also banned from the Salvation Army property.
